Officers
Donna Ann Harze
began her federal career with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in May 1996, as an Office Automation Clerk. Ms. Harze currently holds the position of Management & Program Assistant for the Eastern Region Executive Operations Staff.
During Ms. Harze’s 12 years with the FAA she has achieve an impressive list of accomplishments: Ms. Harze has been the recipient of several prestigious awards including the DOT Secretary’s Gold Medal Award for outstanding achievement in the area of aviation education. The NBCFAE Northeast Region Contribution Award and the Non Supervisor Professional Award. She has been very active in the field of aviation education and has served as an Aviation Education Counselor for which she has received numerous certificates of appreciation for her participation.
Ms. Harze has held the position of Northeast Conference Coordinator. Ms. Harze was appointed the acting chapter secretary for the New York Metro Chapter in June 2005. Ms. Harze was appointed Vice President of the New York Metropolitan Chapter in April 2006 and then elected Chapter President in February 2008.
Ms. Harze has served as co-chair for the annual NY Metro Chapter ACE Camp, Chairperson for the Black History Month Program and continues to served on several other committees for her chapter.
In addition to her leadership role with NBCFAE, Ms. Harze is an active member of the Federal Women’s Program (FWP) since June 1998.
Donna’s pride and joy are her two charming, precocious and beautiful daughters Sarah Ann & Jacqueline.
Vanetta Simmons
Fanchon Altman
started her career with the FAA in 1993 and has been a member of the NBCFAE since 1996. Fanchon is currently a HR Assistant with the Eastern Region Human Resource Office. She has held the position of the NY Metro Chapter Treasurer for the NBCFAE for the last 2 terms and held the position as the acting Secretary for the New York Metro chapter in 2005.
Fanchon has 2 beautiful children, Shane 13 and Tori 11 who are the apple of her eye.
Fritz G. Duchatellier
has been a member of the NBCFAE since 1991. He has served on many committees such as the Black History Month and Annual Dinner Dance Committees. Since inception, Fritz has served on the Aviation Career Education (ACE) Camp. He has held the position of Vice President of the NY Metro Chapter from 2003 to 2006. During the 2006 elections, Fritz was voted in as the NY Metro Chapter President. During the 2008 Regional Business Meeting, Fritz was nominated and voted in to serve as the Northeast Region Treasurer.
Fritz began his career with the FAA in 1988 at Eastern’s Regional Office as a Student Aide—Office Automation Clerk in the Human Resources Management Division. In 1991, he left HR and continued in the Management and Budget Division. In the following years, Fritz has worked his way up to becoming a Junior Computer Specialist with the Automated Data Processing Branch. Fritz now works with the Eastern Region’s Information Technology Branch in the Regions and Centers (ARC) Line Of Business as a Senior Computer Specialist. His responsibilities include maintaining the Regional Office network as well as the computers and mainframes that connect to the network. Fritz was instrumental in the construction of the new Regional Office network infrastructure which is the backbone for information technology. He also serves on multiple national teams working on standardizing network services and following the corporate structure and practices.
Fritz has two beautiful daughters, Bianca and Breanna. Fritz is currently attending Nassau Community College where he is studying to attain a degree in Business Administration.
