We the members of NBCFAE NE Region shall continually reach, teach and mentor all men, women and young people who cross our paths during our lifetime. Zealously living out what we believe in, which are equality, fairness and justice for all.

 

NBCFAE NE Region Vision Statement

That every member will experience equality, fairness and justice throughout their career and to equip them to know the difference, through education, experiences and self-evaluation.

 

The goals of the National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees are:

• Establish a national communication network among members.
• Develop a national voice for Black, female and minority FAA employees.
• Educate members concerning rights, personnel and promotional qualifications.
• Monitor Black, female and minority trainees.
• Assist in recruiting Black, female and minority individuals for FAA positions.
• Establish a national directory for members.
• Promote professionalism in our work and strive for excellence in the performance of our duties.
